The Provision Management Framework (PMF), Enterprise Edition is a full-featured application delivery and access infrastructure solution that leverages the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 platform, and delivers anywhere, anytime, anyhow access to applications and network resources. Agnews considered a variety of alternatives including Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 and ran several proofs of concept before selecting the Provision Management Framework. Agnews found new ways to leverage the Provision Management Framework and further increase its return on investment. One such example is Provision’s seamless integration with Microsoft’s SoftGrid platform, enabling the retailer to quickly sequence a new application and deploy it during the workday without the need for lengthy regression testing.
