Provision Networks Completes Acquisition of EOL
THINssentials
Provision Networks Acquires
EOL’s Proprietary Server-Based Computing Technology
December 31, 2004 - Provision Networks today announced that it has
completed the acquisition of Emergent OnLine’s proprietary suite of
server-based computing tools; THINssentials. The two firms had reached an
agreement for the acquisition earlier in the month. All intellectual property,
assets, and trademarks related to THINssentials have been acquired by Provision
Networks. All development staff previously working on THINssentials were
offered positions with Provision Networks and have accepted.

Provision Networks. “Emergent OnLine had developed the most advanced suite of
tools for the Citrix and Terminal Services platforms.”
